Novartis takes pride in working hand-in-hand with its neighboring communities by collaborating on a variety of local initiatives.
 

A highlight of our community outreach program is Community Partnership Day. Held annually in April or May, this event is part of a global display of Novartis volunteerism. Employees volunteer for the day at community shelters, food banks, senior citizens’ centers and other social service agencies.
